About Kulek Global
A family office in the Dubai International Financial Centre, managing industrial, technological and financial assets for the long term.
Family capital, managed with institutional discipline
Kulek Global Holdings Limited (“Kulek Global”) is a family office and the financial and strategic centre of its group of companies. It was established to consolidate, protect and grow the family’s industrial, technological and financial assets under one holding structure, and it carries the family’s legacy of innovation, discipline and vision.
From our head office in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), with regional offices in Zurich, Istanbul and Tampa, we provide long-term capital, governance and financial infrastructure to every company in the portfolio, and we look for new opportunities in the regions and industries we know best.
Because the capital is the family’s own, we are not bound by fund cycles or fixed exit dates. We can hold businesses for decades, reinvest through cycles, and support management teams with the patience that industrial companies need.
Our focus is creating enduring value by aligning industrial innovation with sound financial strategy, for this generation and the next.
Sustainable growth
Patient, permanent capital that compounds value across generations of the family and the group.
Innovation
Investment in engineering, advanced manufacturing and technologies that lead their industries.
Governance excellence
Clear oversight, disciplined controls and transparent reporting at every level of the structure.
Knowledge
Imperium per scientiam. Decisions grounded in deep technical and industrial understanding.
