1. Who we are

This website is operated by Kulek Global Holdings Limited (“Kulek Global”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), with its head office in the DIFC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Kulek Global is the controller of the personal data described in this notice.

We process personal data in accordance with the DIFC Data Protection Law No. 5 of 2020 and, where they apply to you, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection and the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698.

2. What we collect

• Enquiries. When you write to us or use the enquiry form: your name, organisation, email address, the subject you choose and your message.
• Technical data. When you visit the site, our hosting provider records technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in server logs used for security and operation.
• Analytics (with your consent). If you accept analytics in the cookie banner, Google Analytics collects anonymised information about the pages you visit and how the site performs. See our Cookie policy.

We do not use this website to collect special categories of personal data, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

4. Who we share it with

• Our portfolio companies, where your enquiry concerns them.
• Service providers who host the website, deliver email or, if you consent, provide analytics (Google), under contracts that protect your data.
• Professional advisers, regulators, courts or authorities where the law requires it.

We do not sell personal data.

5. International transfers

We have offices in the United Arab Emirates, Switzerland, Türkiye and the United States, so your data may be transferred between these countries. Where a transfer goes to a country without an adequate level of protection, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond and follow up, normally no longer than two years unless a business relationship follows or the law requires longer retention. Server logs are kept for a short period for security purposes.

7. Your rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may ask us to give you access to your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, or provide it in a portable format. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To exercise these rights, email info@kulek.com with “Privacy” in the subject line.

You may also complain to the DIFC Commissioner of Data Protection, or to the data-protection authority of the country where you live or work.

8. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.

9. Changes

We may update this notice from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
