The group’s industrial core. Repkon designs and builds metal-forming machines – flowforming, hot spinning, shear forming and hydraulic presses – and delivers turnkey production plants for aerospace, defense, automotive and energy customers worldwide, from its base in Şile, Istanbul.
Overview
Repkon has built high-performance machinery to its own designs since 1978 and is known worldwide for its metal-forming know-how. From its campus in Şile, Istanbul, it designs and manufactures flowforming, hot-spinning and shear-forming machines and hydraulic presses, and it builds complete turnkey production plants around them.
Its plants serve aerospace and defense, automotive (wheels and leaf springs for trucks, agricultural and construction vehicles), oil and gas (LPG cylinders) and petrochemical and mining customers (fire-extinguisher cylinders). In defense, Repkon supplies production technology for munitions and rocket components, and Repkon-produced ammunition will be supplied for Türkiye’s Altay main battle tank.
In 2024 Repkon Group acquired a majority stake in Bowas Holding AG, adding plant engineering for energetic materials in Switzerland, Austria and Italy.
